Blindlight
Blindlight are a 3 piece alternative rock band hailing fromSkipton near Leeds, UK.
They comprise of: Mike Butler (Drums), Gareth Kent (Bass/Synthy sounds/Keys) and Damien Selby (Guitar and Vocals) with an average age of 20.
They mix styles from all genres and influences which create such a diverse sound that people find it hard to compare them to other bands. People have liked them to bands such as;
The Sharp, Goo Goo Dolls, Jimmy Eat World, Feeder and even Arctic Monkeys.
Together now as a 3 piece, formally a 4 piece. The band are sounding the best that they?ve ever been. Now, the band are currently working on recordings and new material for their upcoming shows.
The band have amassed quite a large collection of exciting sounding songs that are very unique, fun, powerful, catchy and that actually have meaning.
Hoping to stay on the scene for years to come, the band will continue to drive forward and explore new aspects of their sound and continue to delight audiences that they play to.
With the future looking the best it?s ever been, Blindlight will continue to work hard at their craft, hone their skills and have the desire to succeed and make it to the top.
