K2 hail from the deep south of England, in a county called Sussex, near a town called Worthing. Collectively the band have been working together for 3 years, although in that time they have changed line up slightly with the addition of the new guitarist, Adrian Harper, who joined the K2 magic bus in January of 2005.
The journey so far has been an Aladdin's cave of highs, Lows, twos and throws that's for sure. From winning the Miller unsigned battle of the bands in 2003, which resulted in the band flying to LA all expenses paid and attending the American music awards, right across to the great amount of airplay they received when they released the song 'Hello Monday' to commercial radio in 2004, picking up airplay on stations all over the UK including Virgin and capitol. Hopes have been raised and then levelled over night by various companies, both in the management sector and the recording sector. Line ups have changed, arguments have taken place, fights have erupted and excess in various areas has hindered certain occasions, but hey, that's rock n roll for ya Right!!
